The prices include linen, continental quilt, towels, electricity,
Gas cylinder for the cooker, hot water, a fridge – top freezer, a stove for the chilly evenings & mornings. The renter is however requested to bring their own outside bath sheets.
Down payment € 100,00 per week.
The reservation will be a permanent arrangement after the down payment has been paid.
The outstanding amount have to be paid 4weeks before arrival.
On arrival € 200,00 deposit have to be paid. This amount will be returned to you after we made the inspection together before departure. Any possible damage can be settled with this deposit. And 30€ for cleaning.
